Large black lava rock that separates the two halves of Ka’anapali Beach. Snorkeling is legendary
around the rock, lots of fish and coral. Be careful of the current around the rock. Watch for turtles.

Long and wide beach with lots of shade. Very popular with locals, weekends can be very crowded.
Facilities aren’t as well kept as other parks. Boogie boarding can be good, afternoons very windy.

A real gem. Long, luxurious beach, uncrowded most of the time. Left third of the beach has a sandy,
padded bottom making for wonderful swimming when calm. Climb up the rocks on the left side to
explore tide-pools and cove. No shade, can be windy.

Stretches of beach between 11 and 13 mile markers on Highway 30. Extremely easy access. Good
snorkeling where the road leaves the shoreline climbing toward the tunnel facing southeast. Good
place to pull over and enjoy the view.

Often nearly empty during the week. Restrooms can be pretty bad. Marginal beach, murky water.
Wahikuli means noisy place which is appropriate as this park is close to the highway.
